Program description

A diet rich in protein is mainly aimed at increasing muscle mass and burning fat in the human body. The essence of the diet is to minimize the consumption of carbohydrates. In the nutritional plan of a high-protein diet, the ratio of protein is much higher than that of complex carbohydrates. The body needs to utilize its fat resources, which leads to faster weight loss. Proteins form the basis of the menu. Once you achieve the desired result, you will need to change your diet plan. To save the result, you will choose one of the food plan options from the DAILY series

First of all, this nutrition plan is suitable for athletes

* This is an example of a menu for this food program.

* The list of dishes on the menu is updated every 2-4 weeks, depending on the meal program. The menu cannot be changed. You receive a complete nutrition program according to your chosen goal. Only those foods to which you are allergic can be excluded from the menu. If you are allergic to any products, you must inform about this when placing your order. You must understand that this is not ordering food from a restaurant in order to please yourself. You order food in order to achieve your goal and the issue of excluding or changing the nutrition program is not acceptable. Each program is specially designed to get its own result.

A month according to the program is 28 calendar days or 4 weeks. All programs are designed for a week.

Calories are calculated according to the Harris-Benedict formula, the result is advisory in nature, the final decision is made by the customer.

Saturday is the day of unloading or a free day for food, which the customer chooses. If you wish, you can order a full ration of meals on Saturday for an additional fee.

Dishes from one nutrition program can be repeated in others with or without adjustments to their composition.

During the warm period of the year, namely from April to November, the delivery of soups can be carried out at the discretion of the company.

If you have an allergy, you can specify one ingredient within the standard menu cost. We do not prepare each dish separately for each customer, hence the centralized menu price is so low. Each additional ingredient beyond one specified incurs an extra charge. This is because we need to prepare individually considering your allergens. It's additional work not accounted for in the standard menu plan. You cannot specify the following allergens: lactose, meat, chicken, fish, gluten. These are separate components and are not included in what can be specified for free as one ingredient. Also, you cannot specify all vegetables or all fruits. We do not use raw milk.

How is the meal plan calculated based on the number of meals?

We offer programs with different daily calorie targets — for example, 1800, 2500, or 3500 kcal. The baseline format is always 4 meals per day: the total daily calories and the balance of dishes are calculated for this option.

If you choose fewer meals, it’s important to understand: we do not change portion sizes. What changes is only the number of dishes — some meals are simply removed from the full daily set.

4 meals (baseline option)

You receive a full daily set of 4 dishes, with the total calories matching the selected program (e.g., 3500 kcal per day).

3 meals

If you choose 3 meals, we remove one dish from the full set, but portion sizes remain standard, the same as in the 4-meal program.

Example: if your program is 3500 kcal and you choose 3 meals, you will receive 3 dishes from the 3500 kcal plan, not 3 boxes totaling 3500 kcal each.

2 meals

If you order 2 meals per day, you receive 2 dishes (most often lunch and dinner) from your selected program.

Example: a 3500 kcal plan includes 4 meals. If you choose 2 meals, the calories from the removed meals do not get added to the remaining portions. As a result, you’ll receive approximately 1700–2200 kcal per day (depending on the menu), split across 2 standard portions from the 3500 kcal program.

1 meal

Ordering 1 meal does not mean you get one “extra-large” box containing the full daily calorie target. It means one dish from the selected plan, in a standard portion size.

Example: on a 3500 kcal program, you will receive one dish of about 800–1200 kcal (depending on the menu). It’s a full portion — but not the total daily calories.
